Sarah can coach you through changing dietary habits, research, evaluate and provide recipe booklets and more!
2. Supplements As Earth's life support systems, air, soil and water, become more toxic, food may not be as nutrient-dense as is required for health and vitality. Supplements bridge the gap and help to support the body during times of stress, healing and transformation! Your report will cover individualized supplements list along with your daily intake schedule. Sarah researches and evaluates which product from her various suppliers will best suit your needs and goals.
3. Exercise Sarah developed a functional orthopaedic assessment process which guides the creation of an individualized somatic reintegration exercise program that uses functional and mobility training to restore the spine's natural curves, as well as strength and flexibility to the core and extremities. Regular training results in decreasing the incidence of injury and/or chronic pain flareups. Your individualized exercise routine is detailed in your report and are based on the findings of the FOA. Moreover, links to appropriate workouts and instructional videos are provided. On-going virtual coaching is also available.
4. Detoxing We live in a toxic world and research shows how some toxins have effects on hormonal balance, mood and emotional balance, digestion, energy, sleep and more! Your detox report includes an individualized detox schedule, suggested herbs and food lists to support your detox goals, as well as various detoxing activities to promote lymphatic motion.
5. Stress Reduction We are under considerable stress from many sources that affect our bodies, mind and emotional well-being. An individualized plan and schedule to help decrease on-going stress is provided and Sarah coaches you through habit and behavioural changes to help address stress and reduce its effects on the body and mind! Sarah researches and finds appropriate links to sites suitable to support your stress-relieving activities.
